Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information our apps collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

The Service is operated by BURLEIGH CREATIVE YAZILIM VE BİLİŞİM HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Burleigh Creative”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Türkiye, with its registered address at KÜÇÜKBAKKALKÖY MAH. SELVİLİ SK. NO: 4 İÇ KAPI NO: 20, ATAŞEHİR / İSTANBUL, 34750, Türkiye.

What we collect

The data we process depends on the app and how you use it. It may include:

• Usage, device and diagnostic data — e.g. device type, operating system, app version, in-app interactions, crash and error logs.
• Approximate analytics data — aggregated, statistical information used to understand and improve performance.
• Purchase and subscription status — transaction identifiers and entitlement status (we do not receive or store your card details; payments are handled by Apple or Google).
• Content you provide — for apps with photo or media features, the images you choose to upload or process (see “AI features & photo processing” below).
• Face data — for apps with AI image features (such as Futura: Baby Face Generator), the photographs you deliberately select from your photo library or capture with your camera may contain human faces. We collect this face data only at the moment you choose a photo and tap to generate a result. We do not collect face data in the background, from your camera roll as a whole, or at any other time (see “Face data” below).
• Health & cycle data you log — for Cyrelle: Period Tracker, the cycle dates, symptoms and moods you choose to record are stored on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
• Support correspondence — information you send us when you contact support.

How we collect it. Usage, device, diagnostic and aggregated analytics data are collected automatically while you use an app, by the app itself and by the analytics and crash-reporting services we embed in it. Purchase and subscription status is collected from Apple or Google when you make a purchase. Everything else — photos, face data, cycle entries and support messages — is collected only when you actively provide it. We do not buy personal data about you from third parties.

Our sound and sleep apps (such as Bubshh and Rain & Nature Sounds) do not require an account and do not ask you to upload personal content to use their core features.

AI features & photo processing

For entertainment only. AI-generated images (including predicted baby faces, stylised portraits, and similar outputs) are created by automated systems for novelty and entertainment purposes. They are illustrative only and are not a medical, genetic, diagnostic, or biometric prediction of any real or future person.

Face data

What face data we collect and how. “Face data” means the photographs you provide that contain a human face, together with the facial features an AI model reads from those photographs in order to produce your requested image. We collect face data only from photographs you deliberately select from your photo library or capture with your camera inside the app, and only at the moment you ask for an image to be generated. We do not scan your photo library, we do not collect face data in the background, and we do not collect face data from any other source.

How we use face data. Face data is used for one purpose only: to generate the image you requested. We do not use face data to identify or recognise anyone, and we do not use it for advertising, profiling, marketing, analytics, or to train or fine-tune AI models. Our apps do not create face templates or biometric identifiers, and we do not perform facial recognition, identity verification, age estimation, or emotion analysis. The facial features a model reads from your photograph exist only transiently inside that model while your image is being generated; they are never stored, never converted into a face template or biometric identifier, and cannot be used to identify you or anyone else.

Who we share face data with. To generate your image, your photographs are transmitted to our third-party AI processing providers, OpenAI (privacy policy) and Fal.ai (privacy policy), and they pass through our cloud hosting provider, Google Cloud (privacy notice), which transmits them without persisting them. These are the only third parties that receive your face data. No other personal information — no name, email address, account identifier or contact details — is sent alongside your photographs, so the face data these providers receive is not linked to your identity. We do not sell face data, and we do not share it with data brokers, advertisers, or any other third party.

Third-party protection of face data. We confirm that each third party with whom we share face data is bound by data-processing terms that require it to provide the same or equal protection of that face data as is stated in this Privacy Policy. Specifically, each provider is contractually permitted to use face data only to perform the processing we request, is prohibited from using it to train or improve its models or for its own purposes, is prohibited from disclosing it to anyone else, and is required to apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures. We configure these services with content-retention settings switched off so that face data is not stored by them for their own purposes after the request completes.

Retention of face data. Face data is processed transiently. We do not build or keep any archive of face data. Your photographs are held on our servers only for as long as it takes to generate your image and are deleted immediately afterwards; the generated result is returned to your own device, and any copy we hold to deliver it to you is removed once delivery is complete. Our AI providers process your photographs to fulfil the request and do not retain them for their own purposes; where a provider’s own terms allow it to hold an input briefly for security and abuse-monitoring purposes, that period is short, is limited to that purpose, and does not permit use of your photographs for model training — see each provider’s privacy policy, linked above, for its own retention practices. Once your request has been fulfilled we retain no face data.

Deleting face data and withdrawing consent. You may withdraw your consent to our collection or use of face data at any time, and you may do so without losing access to the rest of the app:

• Decline or revoke in-app permission. The app asks for your permission before any photograph is sent for AI processing. Declining means no face data is collected. You can also revoke the app’s access to your photos and camera at any time in your device settings (on iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos / Camera), which stops any further collection of face data.
• Delete generated images. Images saved to your device or stored in the app can be deleted by you at any time from within the app or from your device’s photo library.
• Delete the app. Deleting the app removes all face data and generated images held on your device.
• Ask us to delete. Email support@burleighcreative.com.tr and we will delete any face data associated with your use of the Service and confirm the deletion to you, normally within 30 days. Because face data is not retained after a request completes, in most cases there will be nothing left for us to delete.

Children & family content

Our apps are intended for use by adults (18+). Some apps are designed to be enjoyed with children (for example, sleep sounds for babies), but they are not directed to children for the purpose of collecting their personal data, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If you upload an image that depicts a child or minor, you confirm that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or that you have obtained the explicit consent of the child’s parent or legal guardian. We treat images depicting children as sensitive and use them only to provide the requested feature. If you believe a child’s image has been provided without appropriate consent, contact us and we will delete it without undue delay.

How we use information

• To provide, operate and maintain the Service and its features;
• To process images and generate the outputs you request;
• To manage purchases, subscriptions and entitlements;
• To improve performance, reliability, quality and safety;
• To respond to support requests; and
• To comply with our legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate the Service — such as cloud hosting and storage, AI inference processing, analytics, crash reporting, and the app stores and payment platforms (Apple, Google). Every one of these providers is engaged under terms that permit it to use the information only to provide services to us, and that require it to provide the same or equal protection of that information as is set out in this Privacy Policy.

The third-party AI processors we use for image and face data processing are OpenAI (privacy policy) and Fal.ai (privacy policy). Each is engaged under a data-processing agreement that requires it to provide the same or equal protection of the data we share as is set out in this Privacy Policy, to use that data only to carry out the processing we request, and not to use it to train or improve its own models.

Sharing consumption data with Apple for refund requests

If you purchase through Apple’s App Store, Apple may request information from us to assess refund requests. By using the Service and making in-app purchases, you consent to us sharing data about your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple for this purpose. We share only the information necessary and in accordance with Apple’s policies.

Subscriptions & payments

Some features require a paid subscription or purchase. All payments are processed by the relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) under their terms. We receive transaction and entitlement information but not your payment card details.

Retention & deletion

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service and to comply with legal obligations. Images processed to generate an output are not retained longer than necessary to deliver that output, except where you have chosen to save content within the app — saved copies live on your own device, not on our servers. Face data is processed transiently and is not retained once your request has been fulfilled — see “Face data” above for our full face data retention, deletion and consent-withdrawal practices. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@burleighcreative.com.tr, and we will confirm the deletion to you, normally within 30 days.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International processing

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers, carried out in accordance with applicable law.

Your rights (KVKK / GDPR)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Personal data of users in Türkiye is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). To exercise any of these rights, contact support@burleighcreative.com.tr.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Service. By downloading or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service or make purchases. Children may use the Service only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for their use.

Licence to use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service in a way that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes the rights of others. In particular, you must not:

• Upload content you do not have the rights or consent to use;
• Upload images of a child or minor without parental or legal-guardian consent;
• Use any output to harass, deceive, impersonate, defame, or harm others;
• Use the Service to create misleading or unlawful content; or
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or attempt to bypass the security of the Service.

Your content & uploads

You retain ownership of the content you provide. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transform that content solely to operate the Service and deliver the features you request. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents for any content (including photos of other people) that you submit.

AI-generated outputs

Outputs generated by AI features — including predicted baby faces, stylised images, and similar — are produced automatically, are provided for entertainment and novelty purposes only, and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or imperfect. They are not predictions of any real or future person and must not be relied upon for any medical, genetic, legal, financial or other decision. You are responsible for how you use any output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy or suitability of outputs.

Payments, subscriptions & renewals

Some features require payment. Subscriptions and purchases are processed by the relevant app store and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with the relevant app store’s policies.

Service availability

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, and features that rely on third-party or AI infrastructure may change or become unavailable.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Burleigh Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or possible legal exposure for us or others.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
